Folk-Rock gem dazed w/looney-speckled strayn bound to pamper somebody else's payn! ...a haunting slice o' free-wheelin' songs from the fade-glow painted, loner-dungeon hazed "monster side of love" to the lone-star-moonshiner lullabye that "rocks the cradle" and tex-mex fueled goof-timey strolls to the organik Acid-swamped "Texas medicine" w/the smoulderin' embers of primeval rattlesnake hides! "I've been leaning to the wind" has a distant steel-guitar sound wailin' to a mid-tempo perco-clatter and the femme back-ups rend a twisted-off cut to the leads... yeah, would call it psychedelic! ...don't let the date of release fool 'ya... it could be well from the late 60's... or the mid-70's or... a very recent (talkin' 2000 plus here..) release by some folks who want to dream aloud! now for the cover: it's a thick card-board jacket w/rough ink-drawing of winged armadillos flying the desert in a circle beneath bottles (hangin' from the sky) that shower 'em w/juice (gut-rot-ripple-rattle...  I reckon) lyrics printed on the inside, plus photos, line-up... etc....nice vinyl plays EX to Near Mint with SLIGHTLY audible marks on B1; Cover (un-cut thick gatefold) with fray in top seam, fray also in bottom-seam incl. 7cm split(middle) light traces of 'rubbing' on front & back; front looks a bit yellowed with age; inside of GF is OK; clean labels; comes with 45 on Fraternity Rec. (Frat-3536) in EX-shape that has 2 LP tracks; no cover;)

"cheaters & mistreaters" cuts to the bone as for haunting/ introspective view to some beastly human soil...; B-side (label states 6 songs but #5 has no title!!) is reigned by expressive/existential drowse celebrating feelings/ hurts w/ a solemn brush...; this album sounds more like an early-to mid-70's release  in my ears!)
